Reflexology for Wellbeing

“I have suffered from multiple sclerosis for many years and after just one reflexology session with Becky, I woke the following morning without the usual pins and needles in my feet – and over a week later they haven’t returned. The session was very relaxing and I will definitely be booking again!”

DW, St Austell

Multiple sclerosis

“I had been suffering from bouts of anxiety and insomnia on and off over several months when I saw Becky for reflexology. At first I was apprehensive but after the first treatment I felt very relaxed and sleepy. I feel that reflexology definitely improved my sleep and sleep patterns – I no longer wake in the early hours and seem to be falling asleep earlier and waking earlier. My appetite, which had been poor due to my anxiety, also improved after the treatment. Highly recommended.”

Reflexology treatments are tailored to the individual with the aim to restore the body's natural balance and promote an enhanced feeling of well-being. As well as being known to relieve stress and tension, reflexology can help with a range of both physical and emotional conditions. Having regular treatments can ensure that the body continues to sustain optimum health. Reflexology helps to improve circulation, eliminate toxins, balance the central nervous system and boost the immune system.

Reflexology can help with both physical and emotional blockages to help boost fertility in men and women. It can help prepare the body and mind for fertility treatments such as IVF.

Reflexology can help with many symptoms associated with pregnancy and the post-natal period from heartburn and oedema to pelvic girdle pain.

Rebecca is an Instructor in The Children’s Reflexology Programme and regularly runs one-off workshops, small group or one-to-one courses which teach parents how to use reflexology on their children to soothe common childhood ailments such as teething, colic and sleep problems.
