Fertility and Maternity Reflexology
Reflexology can help with both physical and emotional blockages to help boost fertility in men and women. It can help prepare the body and mind for fertility treatments such as IVF. As a qualified Reproreflexologist and member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists, Rebecca offers confidential advice and treatments to help you on your fertility journey or if you are experiencing any problems with your menstrual cycle such as PCOS, endometriosis or irregular periods.
Reflexology can also help with many symptoms associated with pregnancy and the post-natal period from heartburn and oedema to pelvic girdle pain.
Children’s Reflexology
Rebecca runs Tiny Toes Reflexage courses and is a qualified Children’s Reflexology Programme Instructor. She regularly runs one-off workshops, small group or one-to-one courses which teach parents how to use reflexology and massage on their children to soothe common childhood ailments such as teething, colic and sleep problems.
Facial Reflexology
Rebecca has trained in Bergman Method Facial Reflexology and in Dien Chan Zone. Both methods are deeply relaxing and soothing with similar benefits to health as traditional foot reflexology.
The unique added benefit of Facial Reflexology is that it leaves clients looking refreshed, rested and with a healthy glow. Additionally, over a series of sessions there may be a reduction in lines and wrinkles and improved health.
Zone Face Lift

Rebecca holds a Level 5 Mastership from the Reflexology Academy in London, the highest qualification in the field of reflexology, which includes training in Maternity and Fertility Reflexology and Reflexology in Palliative Care.
As a clinical reflexologist, she is trained to work with clients with specific medical conditions. She specialises in women's health and is a fully qualified Reproductive Reflexologist and member of the Association of Reproductive Reflexologists.
Rebecca also offers Facial Reflexology and Facial Rejuvenation treatments. She has trained with experts both in the UK and internationally to bring these exclusive treatments to the South West.
Her signature treatment is Gua Sha Facial Fusion a pro-aging facial therapy that combines elements such as lymphatic drainage, Thai Herbal Poultice, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Facial Gua Sha and Facial Massage.
