Virtual Facial Reflexology is important for clients who are unable to leave the house for reasons including:
What does a Virtual Treatment involve?
You will be sent a link to join a video call. Before the video call you will be assessed using a range of questions designed to understand why you are getting symptoms or pain and what can be done to improve things. Once you are comfortable I will begin the practical element of the session and you’ll follow my techniques and mirror these on your own face, I will be able to see you and can check your pressure and technique every step of the way as I guide you through a Facial Reflexology or Zone Face Lift sequence. From your assessment I can usually get a good idea of what the problem is and formulate a treatment plan to address your problems.
If you think you would benefit from a Virtual Facial Reflexology or Zone Face Lift treatment, please give me a call for a free consultation.
Currently, I am offering three online treatments:
Facial Reflexology for Relaxation and Stress Relief £30
A session to slow down and soothe your nervous system. We will focus on reaching a relaxed and calm state through gentle stimulation of key reflex points on your face. You can use facial oil, moisturiser or work directly onto clean skin using your fingers and thumbs. Some breathing techniques and a calming meditation will also be integrated into the session.
Dien Chan Zone Facial Reflexology £35
A relaxing facial reflexology session focused on specific health concerns. This session will balance your nervous system but also focus on specific physical or emotional symptoms you would like to improve e.g. your digestion, your hormones, pain relief. You do not need to use any oils but you do need a tool – something with a small rounded end like a crochet hook, make up brush, pen, rounded crystal – to work the specific reflexes. After I have guided you through your session, I will send you your own individual map and invite you to work the reflexes shown for a couple of minutes each day for 21 days.
Dien Chan Zone Add-On – if you’d like to check in with me to complete an online 30-minute treatment session at some point during your 21-day practise you can book an add-on session for £15.
Zone Face Lift £35
Many people have tried Zone Face Lift treatments in clinic and have loved the results. It is an effective natural alternative to more invasive procedures such as Botox and fillers. Clients report a feeling of total relaxation while their faces are lifted and skin is left glowing.
It is the perfect treatment to leave you feeling and looking good before a special event or can be used as part of your regular anti-ageing regime.
During your virtual session, we will discuss your specific concerns and I will guide you through a routine which combines facial reflexology, face-lifting massage and GuaSha. I will show you how to use your GuaSha tool to de-puff through lymphatic drainage and release tension in the facial muscles before we work on lifting and sculpting techniques – all completely naturally.
At the end you will have time to ask questions and check on key techniques so you can practise confidently at home.
For Zone Face Lift Virtual Treatments, you will need a GuaSha tool and facial oil – I recommend a specialist facial oil or jojoba or rosehip oil. I keep a limited stock of GuaSha tools and oils in the treatment room, so please contact me for details of how to purchase.
What people have been saying about their Virtual Treatments
“What a great session, thank you so much Rebecca.
I’m so pleased you’re offering virtual sessions. It was really easy to arrange, join the session and to know what to bring.
It was very relaxing, which surprised me as it was online, and I still felt the care and gentle approach you take in person, thank you.
I've been using my GuaSha by watching tutorials, but I didn't know about the correct angles or pressure levels to achieve results.
It was great to ask you all my questions and to be able to check-in with you again so easily, especially during lockdown.”
